Custom Website Design & Build · EDIFICE by ELVAR

# The custom website.

Website design and build from a blank page: custom websites, online stores and redesigns, with copy written for the business that owns the site.

## What you get

- Design, copy, and build from a blank page.
- Search optimisation.
- A performance budget.
- Analytics wired in.
- Content on a CMS the team can actually use.

A build can also include an [AI front desk](https://elvar.in/edifice/ai-front-desk/) and [back-office automations](https://elvar.in/edifice/back-office-automation/), when the plan includes them.

## How a build runs

- **Measured Survey.** The business, its buyers, the job the site must do, documented with care. Nothing is assumed.
- **Blueprint.** Every page drawn to the pixel before a single line is written. The plan is signed before the build begins.
- **Build.** Design, copy, and build from a blank page.
- **Handover.** Launch, measure, and a care plan. The site is live. The work continues.

## What it is not

Templates, themes, or page-builder assemblies presented as custom work; work outside the plan signed before the build begins. EDIFICE work is never standardised: no two businesses receive the same website, front desk, or automation.

## Duration

A typical build runs four to six weeks from survey to launch, with the plan signed before a line is written.
